Billing and renewal

Your first payment is due at enrollment and membership begins after successful payment. Choose a monthly billing day from the 1st through the 28th. Your first renewal is the first occurrence of that day on or after one calendar month from enrollment. If the following month has no matching enrollment date, its last day is used as the one-month threshold. Any extra days before the first renewal are included in your initial payment at no additional charge. After that, your membership renews on your chosen day every month until canceled. Your selected price, amount due today, exact first renewal date, and any applicable taxes will be shown before payment. For example, enrolling September 29 and choosing the 15th means the first renewal is November 15.

Cancellation

Email [email protected] before your next charge to stop renewal. Your membership continues through the end of the billing period already paid.

Refunds

There are no prorated refunds for a partially used month. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected. Refunds required by law are honored.

Membership scope

Membership covers lifestyle consulting and education. Clinical services, medications, and products are separate and are not included. Obsidian does not guide medication selection, dosing, timing, or administration.
